The Client’s Vision
At Young Concept Design, we are passionate about turning outdated spaces into stunning modern homes. Our latest project at Bukit Segar Semi-D, a 3,300 sq ft semi-detached house, is a prime example of our expertise in creating functional yet aesthetically pleasing environments. Led by Esther Au Yong & Team, we embraced the challenge of revitalising this large, old house while ensuring it feels grand, even with low ceilings.
Our Design Highlights
Grand Solid Wood Accents
We crafted an inviting atmosphere by incorporating solid wood elements that flow seamlessly from the entrance through the living areas. This design not only adds elegance but also guides guests naturally from outside to inside, creating a warm welcome.
Eye-Catching Feature Wall
The bathroom, often overlooked, was transformed into a stunning feature wall that captivates visitors as they enter. This strategic design choice elevates the space, making a bold statement right from the start.
Bright, Airy Master Bathroom
We designed a full wall window in the master bathroom to bathe the space in natural light, enhancing the feeling of openness and serenity—perfect for unwinding after a long day.
Modern Roof Transformation
The transition from outdated roof tiles to a sleek metal deck not only modernises the home’s appearance but also enhances its durability, combining style with practicality.
